Coaching industry has been developed around the world both for individuals and organizations recent years. By the distraction from technology, daily stress and lose of communication affect people to have lack of time and attention on whatever they need on the path to their aims in this life. All these distractive facts cause problems and solution to these problems are also within this destructiveness.

Coaching is the process where the coach basically aims that coachee (the person who benefits from coaching) experiences awareness and get a wake-up call from coaching session. Thus, awareness experienced methodically in each coaching session increases coachee’s self-confidence and begins to nurture the seeds of faith within himself. This process involves an enormously powerful and profound creativity that allows coachee to inspire, to think deeply, to choose from infinite possibilities and to adapt to those choices by achieving the highest potential he carries. It helps coachee to discover the resources he has, meet with these resources and learn more about his abilities and even the goals he wants to achieve.

A professional coach uses solution-oriented methods which carry the principles based on full trust and value of being complete and whole as a human. A coach who believes in making the best choice for himself at that moment, from all the options facing a person in life, confidently moves on with coachee and his beliefs during the coaching process in power. And the coach opens more space to coachee by pushing him to think deeper and further.

Coaching session can make small miracles in big importance in a person’s life…

During a coaching session, coachee meets with his inner world. He even sees that there are new worlds in front of him, and he slowly gets out of his comfort zone and crosses his own borders. Since visulazing a visual brain-oriented process and aiming to align all parts of brain, it can create all the scripts in front of coachee as a visual, perform new creations and exist in them. This helps coachee sails to brand new horizons and sometimes dream first time what to achieve. Thanks to the strong question-asking techniques used by the coach, solution-oriented applications and effective listening, an adventure of creativity has now begun. There is such a magic of this journey that the intrinsic mechanism that starts working during the coaching session continues spontaneously after the session.

Sometimes people reach the conclusion that the result that they would like to achieve takes much longer or impossible. By the help of a coaching session’ strong questions, visualizing, reaching out the real potentials and awareness of capabilities make coachee can step further with a higher motivation and faster confidently. Coaching session can make small miracles in big importance in a person’s life.  On the other hand, it is especially important how the coachee is displeased with current situation and the power of his desire in achieving the succes. In this context, the coach is coachee’s companion on his journey to mirror coachee’s capability and praise his success when it is necessary.

During this journey, coach arranges the space for coachee to learn, become aware, discover, set goals and take actions all by himself. He learns to trust himself by accepting him as a whole and affect the results. The more he trusts, the more he takes risks and gets out of his comfort zone. If he fails, he assumes this as an experience to step towards the success.

On a coaching session, visualizing the picture coachee wants to reach and with high ‘attention density’ towards what he would like to think about, causes him to dig that experience into his soul. Repeated, purposeful and focused attention lead to long-lasting personal evaluation which shapes identity over the time. Clarifying the target helps him to stay on track, be aware of distractions and eliminate facts which can slow down him on his journey.

Attention Density’

‘Human brain is designed to notice the problem.’ says Danial Goleman at his book; Focus. In our daily routines, we tend to see the things going wrong more than the ones already as to be. Moreover, our insight capacity is constructed by our perspectives to our inner and outer world. Insights should not be given as conclusions; they need to be generated from within.

A person can experience the adrenaline-like rush of insight when only if they go through the process of making connections himself. The moment of insight is known to be positive and energizing experience. During coaching, by the help of coach’s powerful questions, coachee finds this energy to fight against the internal and external forces blocking him to change. He gets the positivity and motivation to facilitate the change.

Repeated, purposeful, and focused attention can lead to long-lasting personal evolution.

Attention density is the amount of attention paid to a specific neural experience over a certain time. The greater the concentration on a specific idea or experience, the higher the attention density. It causes new brain circuitry to be developed by time. If it is repeated on a specific time, this even cause a new identity shaped. During a coaching session, when coachee experiences high attention density, which helps him to change a behavior or even owns a new habit if few sessions are placed

‘Visualizing’

As a joyful fact of childhood, daydreaming and picturizing the images of anything that we want to be real is the invaluable gift of a child’s brain. By the time, with the effect of experiences, prejudgments, technology and even our genes, a human forgets to dream and visualize the future pictures or where he wants to be at that moment.

If you can see it in your mind, you can experience it in your reality…

During the experience of a high ‘attention density’, we first create a picture of the desired situation. Coaching helps coachee to create this image of what he wants to achieve and take actions towards to execute this ideal picture of him. The brain and physiological mechanism of the body work together to step towards to execute this image in his real life.

In conclusion, coaching sessions help coachee identify his values deeply, achieve his real potential, visualize himself in his goals and motivate to take actions to reach desired image. It helps individual awareness, step towards to set goals and develop empathy and motivation to work more efficient in every role he carries in the life.

Coaching can change the individual success affecting whole world, one session at a time…
