What makes you feel most alive?

Coaching has taught me something that goes far beyond leadership and careers.
🌟 One of the questions I often explore with my clients is: What makes you lose track of time? 🌟
Not because hobbies are “nice to have,” but because they help us reconnect with ourselves. Whether it’s a sport, playing an instrument, singing, dancing, painting or learning a new language… having something that lights you up changes how you show up in life.
Interestingly, I discovered some of my own passions after becoming a coach. Sitting in the coaching chair, being coached through deep conversations, gave me the permission to explore parts of myself I hadn’t noticed before.
But tennis came into my life even earlier🎉
In Dubai, I was lucky to have an incredible group that trained and grew together.
In Turkey, I found another amazing tennis family that made me count the days until every summer holiday.
And when I moved to London, I brought that same passion with me and found yet another wonderful community.
♥️ Looking back, tennis has given me much more than a sport. It has given me friendships, resilience, discipline, laughter, and a place where my mind can simply be present.
So here I am… still learning, still improving, and secretly getting ready for Wimbledon Over-50s in a few years. 😅🎾
❓What is that one activity that makes you feel most alive?
